A little background of myself before I became an avid fan of Herbalife products and subsequently a Weight & Wellness Coach to help others to achieve their wellness goals.
I was obese since young and my weight ever hit 88 kg! I have taken various brands of slimming pills including those prescribed by doctors for more than 10 years, spent lots of money in slimming centre, did acupuncture, tried exercising, slimming tea, dieting but results were disappointing.
Before Herbalife, I had the chance to lose weight for the first time in my life through a sponsored TV show. I won the 1st prize and I lost the weight BUT I have lost my health. I had serious hair loss problem, loose and flabby skins like jelly, fall sick easily and my weight rebounded very quickly after the TV programme ended. With Herbalife products, I felt a boost in my energy level, improved my insomnia and constipation. I lost 7kg in 2 months, shaped up my body and I no longer have that flabby skin! Best of all, I could maintain my weight and look better and better each day! Herbalife has given me true health and beauty which I truely desire. Simply terrific!!
