A little background of myself before I became an avid fan of Herbalife products and subsequently a Weight & Wellness Coach to help others to achieve their wellness goals.
I was obese since young. To be exact, I am genetically obese and my heaviest weight ever hit 88kg.
Besides surgery, I had used all sorts of methods like many other women in the world to lose weight and I was always looking for solutions. It was just never ending. After spending a lot of money and effort, what I have achieved was the yo-yo weight result and my health suffered. I will fall sick easily and often feel lethargic. In summary, losing and maintaining weight has always been difficult, tedious and a great challenge for me.
In my entire life, I have lost weight twice. Once was through a TV reality programme, the other is through Herbalife. Comparing the two, Herbalife is definitely the best because it works great, its healthier and its more affordable!
I came to know about Herbalife in 2006 through my mother who bought the products from a stranger she met on a roadshow who shared her amazing result in weight loss and improved pigmentation problem. I only became a serious user in March 2009. By working closely with my coach, I lost 7 kg in less than two month’s time! I felt a boost in my energy level and saw improvement in my health as well. Simply terrific!!
