And here… she is coming! I believe she will do a talk too when she is here?

Bea Bos’s journey in Herbalife begins more than a decade ago when she was on a ski trip and wound up sharing a dinner table with two strangers…
President’s Team members Karen and Martyn Farmer. The three talked about movies, travel and the world. In fact, Herbalife didn’t even come up once in the conversation. But at the end of the meal, the Farmers pulled out a large tablet box and took their supplements, a ritual they practiced daily in front of Bea, planting a seed that came to bear fruit by the end of her vacation.
“When the Farmers shared their weight-control testimonials with me I was so impressed that I became a customer,” she says.
But that was all Bea wanted out of Herbalife, or so she thought. She had a busy career in sales, was studying marketing at night and had no time for anything else. “Besides, I was sceptical of the opportunity,” admits Bea. “It was presented to me by a couple living in England, selling products from a U.S.-based company, whom I met on vacation in Austria!”
After losing weight, however, Bea had a change of heart. “I called Karen and Martyn and said I had seven new customers for them, and they said, “Why don’t you be a Distributor and at least get the discount for yourself?’ So I did.”
“I became a Supervisor immediately, but I didn’t think it would last.” One weekend while visiting England, the Farmers took Bea to a Success Training Seminar. “When I heard everyone’s story, I was inspired,” she says.
“I was told I had to get to the Extravaganza, and that’s when my life really changed.”
Bea came back from the Extravaganza and quit her job immediately. Three months later, she qualified for the Global Expansion Team. Three months after that, she qualified for the Millionaire Team. Less than a year later, Bea joined the President’s Team.
Fast forward to 1999. Bea is invited on a sailing trip hosted by her bank to thank their most successful customers. It was on that trip that she met Ronald, an entrepreneur in the computer industry. “If I hadn’t been so successful with Herbalife, we would have never met.”
It wasn’t long before Bea had Ronald taking the products, but he was busy running his own companies and had no interest in joining her organisation. However, after attending a Herbalife event with the company’s top achievers, Ronald finally saw the big picture.
“The Herbalife business opportunity enabled me to work in an organisation where everyone is their own boss,” says Ronald.
When Ronald and Bea joined forces, their teamwork led to even higher levels of success. “We were President’s Team members, but had no President’s Team members in our organisation until December 1999,” Ronald says, “and we decided to get to Chairman’s Club.”
So how did they do it? Ronald and Bea hosted dinner parties among other things for the most successful Distributors in their downline, and gave them individual attention and a business plan to accomplish their goals. Additionally, they told their Distributors that every Supervisor in their organisation needed to have a customer base of at least 50 from which the business could be duplicated. Their downline listened and over the last three years, the couple has helped several people achieve President’s Team status, which in turn, has helped them reach the Chairman’s Club.
“Helping people reach their goals is one of the greatest rewards of this business.” The Herbalife opportunity has also afforded Bea and Ronald many other joys. The couple are earning a comfortable living, allowing them to split their time between a home in Holland and the south of France. And the couple have plenty of time to enjoy their sailboat and other hobbies.
“Those who are able to do what they love, and love what they do for a living are the luckiest people in the world, and we are among them.”
The Herbalife business opportunity has given Bea and Ronald more time to spend with each other, and Ronald’s three children, whom the couple affectionately call, “our sixth diamond.”
“The Herbalife opportunity has given me a wonderful life, a husband and has allowed me to experience being a mother,” says Bea. Ronald, too, is equally grateful for all that Herbalife has given him. “The only mistake you can make with Herbalife is to quit!”

Today, we have our first meeting over a dinner. A short one but I thought it was a good start for everyone to get to know each other better and spending some time sharing some ideas.
Small team we are as of now but I love what I saw in us – cohesive, supportive and passionate.
Someone pointed out “Hey, actually….everyone is not the same anymore”. And what he said is true, all of us either lost weight, gained health or have better skin! We definitely look better and feel better comparing months ago! Well, 1 member has yet to “transform” but soon she will as she is going to start her “project” as well!
The journey has never been lonely because of the great people and friends I have met in Herbalife…. And now with these guys, I know this is going to be even more incredible. We are just getting started~

As part of any Herbalife wellness programmes, having good daily lifestyle and eating habits are critical. Having adequate rest and avoiding late nights also play a part towards your wellness goal.
Good rest and sound sleep is very important. If you don’t sleep well, the toxic in your body will accumulate, affecting your health and your mood.
The main causes of liver damage include:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible, reduce cooking oil use, even the best cooking oil like olive oil when frying. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Vegetables should be eaten raw or cooked 3 – 5 parts. Fried vegetables should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to “schedule”.
Evening at 9pm – 11pm:
This is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in non-relaxing state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.
Evening at 11pm – 1am:
The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 1am – 3am:
The de-toxification processes in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 3am – 5am:
The de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore, there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process has reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5am – 7am:
The de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.
Morning 7am – 9am:
The absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9am – 10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals.
Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don’t sleep late.

Why Are They So Super?
Ask five nutritionists to rate the 12 most powerful foods and you’ll get five different lists, but many of the selections will overlap. Why?
Because every food provides something different: Some are a rich source of protein or fiber but void of many vitamins and minerals, while others contain disease- fighting phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals, but no protein. The trick, claim experts, is to get a variety of the best foods.
The following 12 power foods are a good place to start.
Avocados
Sure they’re high in fat, but avocados contain healthful monounsaturated fat, which has been linked to a reduced risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. ‘Avocados aid in blood and tissue regeneration, stabilize blood sugar, and are excellent for heart disorders,’ says Ed Bauman, Ph.D., director of Bauman College. They’re loaded with fiber (11 to 17 grams per fruit) and are a good source of lutein, an antioxidant linked to eye and skin health.
Apples
‘An apple a day really does keep the doctor away,’ says Jonny Bowden, Ph.D., C.N.S., author of The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth. Apples are loaded with the powerful antioxidants quercetin and catechin, which protect cells from damage – that means a reduced risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease, especially if you eat the skin. Research shows that the apple peel contains five times more polyphenols than the flesh. Apples and their skins pack a lot of fiber too (about twice that of other common fruits, including peaches, grapes, and grapefruit), which may help fight the battle of the bulge.
Blueberries
Antiaging superstars, blueberries are loaded with antioxidants, especially anthocyanins, which have been shown to improve vision and brain function. Studies show that eating blueberries slows impairments in motor coordination and memory that accompany aging. These little berries also reduce inflammation, which is inextricably linked with virtually every chronic disease from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, to diabetes and heart disease. Other studies show that blueberries have much greater anticancer activity than other fruits
Cabbage
In the vegetable world, the Brassica genus reigns supreme, and the cabbage is the most impressive of the lot. Brassica vegetables (including broccoli, bok choy) contain compounds called indoles, which have been shown to reduce the risk of cancer dramatically. ‘Eating cabbage more than once a week cut men’s colon cancer odds by 66 percent,’ says Bauman. ‘Cabbage also stimulates the immune system, kills bacteria and viruses, and is a good blood purifier.’ If you go for the red variety, you’ll also get a healthy dose of anthocyanins (the same pigment molecules that make blueberries blue), another powerful antioxidant with an anticancer punch.
Fish and Fish Oil
Eating fish helps cut the risk of heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s, stroke, diabetes, and arthritis. The fatty varieties may also help alleviate depression. The American Heart Association recommends that adults eat at least two fish meals per week, especially wild salmon, herring, and sardines, because those varieties provide the most heart-healthy omega 3s. Avoid mercury-containing varieties like shark, swordfish, king mackerel, tilefish, and albacore tuna, says Roberta Anding, M.S., R.D., national spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. (Chunk light tuna is okay.)
Garlic
Research shows that garlic lowers total cholesterol and triglyceride (blood fat) levels, helping prevent clogged arteries. ‘Two to three cloves a day cut the odds of subsequent heart attacks in half for heart disease patients,’ says Bauman. ‘Garlic also tops the National Cancer Institute’s list of potential cancer-preventive foods.’ Whole baked garlic helps detoxify the body of heavy metals like mercury (from fish) and cadmium. Garlic also acts as an antibacterial and antiviral, boosting resistance to stress-induced colds and infections. Can’t stand garlic breath? Chew on a sprig of parsley.
Mushrooms
Used for centuries in Eastern medicine, mushrooms have powerful effects on the immune system – especially the maitake, shiitake, and reishi varieties. ‘Mushrooms such as maitake help prevent and treat cancer, viral diseases, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure,’ says Bauman. In fact, mushrooms are used as an adjunctive cancer treatment throughout Asia because of their ability to counteract the toxic effects of chemotherapy and radiation while simultaneously shrinking tumors. What’s more, Japanese researchers have found that regularly eating shiitake mushrooms lowers blood cholesterol levels up to 45 percent.
Almonds
Almonds are loaded with fiber and monounsaturated fat, both of which have been shown to lower cholesterol. According to the Food and Drug Administration, eating 1.5 ounces of most nuts, including almonds, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease. And even though almonds are relatively high in fat and calories, studies show that eating almonds can actually help with weight loss (their protein, fiber, and monounsaturated fats provide the feeling of fullness, preventing overeating).
Eggs
The best protein source on the planet, eggs consistently outrank milk, beef, whey, and soy in the quality of protein they provide. In addition to containing all nine essential amino acids, eggs are loaded with nutrients. ‘And for God’s sake, eat the yolks,’ says Bowden.. People avoid the yolks because they fear cholesterol, but egg yolks contain choline, which helps protect heart and brain function and prevents cholesterol and fat from accumulating in the liver.
Flaxseeds
Loaded with alpha-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid that helps reduce inflammation, flaxseed has been used for centuries for medicinal and health reasons. Gandhi himself proclaimed, ‘Wherever flaxseed becomes a regular food item among the people, there will be better health.’ Bauman adds, ‘The seed itself has terrific nutritional value, very usable protein, tremendous fatty acids, and minerals like magnesium, potassium, and zinc.’ Additionally, they’re a great source of fiber.
Pomegranates
Pomegranates have up to three times the antioxidants of red wine and green tea – and the juice has been shown to reduce artery-clogging plaque, which in turn prevents heart disease and stroke. Research shows that long-term consumption of pomegranate juice may also help slow aging and protect against cancer.
Dark Chocolate
When it comes to chocolate, bitter is better – at least in terms of health. The benefits of chocolate come from flavonols and antioxidants (the same disease-fighting chemicals found in cranberries, apples, strawberries, and red wine). The caveat: Only real cacao contains flavonols, so look for chocolate that boasts a high percentage of cacao (60 percent or more). Dark chocolate also has fewer calories than other varieties, and when eaten in moderation, it lowers unhealthy LDL cholesterol and prevents plaque from building up in your arteries.

Herbalife launched some exciting Marketing Plan enhancements!!!
The three major elements of these enhancements are:
1) Qualified Producer
This is a new, optional level between Distributor and Supervisor that allows commission to be earned earlier in the Marketing Plan. Reach this level by accumulating 2,500 Personally Purchased Volume Points in 1 to 3 consecutive months, and earn a 42% discount year-round, as long as the annual requalification requirement is met.
2) 5K Supervisor Qualification
With this additional method to qualify as Supervisor, Distributors can now set their own pace toward qualification by accumulating 5,000 Personally Purchased Volume Points within 12 months, with a minimum of 3 months required.
3) Simplified Distributor Discount Scale
The simplified Distributor Discount Scale offers either a 35% or 42% discount for Senior Consultants who accumulate a minimum of 500 Volume Points in one volume month.

According to some seniors, for most companies…..whenever there’s change in policies, very seldom it is for the better…. But for Herbalife, the change in the marketing plan gets better each time…
Hope this allows more people to see this company at a bigger picture. Everyone can get to enjoy good discount level they deserve as a consumer yet reinforces the business ethics as distributors. And I certainly hope this will minimize the problems of consumers using other’s ID to purchase products or getting cheaper products from alternative sources, distributors anyhow give discounts to fight for business. It’s a STEALING behavior!

Herbalife – A treasure in my life

“听到Herbalife是运气, 吃到是福气”
I recalled hearing this from an elderly I met during one of the trainings I attended. I completely agree. I’ve seen many people living a great life with it……..
For me, I think I would be struggling with my weight issue, always feeling tired and falling sick often for the rest of my life should I not met Herbalife. I love how I look and feel now. For months, there are compliments from people I already know and newly met.
Please do not get me wrong. I’m not trying to boast but just expressing how amazingly Herbalife has helped me to look and feel better each day! It feels even great to share with people so they too can benefit from it.
Of course, not everyone says Yes to me. But it’s okay, it’s a blessing one can give to people around you. Herbalife does add value in life.
Of course, result does not happened suddenly and don’t expect miracle to happen overnight. What I’m taking and using are NOT ELIXIR. It takes patience, understandings and cooperation to achieve great result.
6 months on Herbalife products…… both inner and outer nutrition. Everything is simple and magical.

An awesome weekend – From Zero to Hero Season 3

This is my 2nd time attending “从零到无限”. It was a great weekend with awesome sharings, awesome party with 700 awesome people! It was like a mini Extravaganza!!
Interesting experience - while queuing to get into the seminar, I was chatting with distributors whom I don’t know. They got so excited about my weight loss result and took turns to take pictures with me and “interviewed’ me. Mine is peanut if you ask me. LOL~ Applause to our products~
It was great to see Guang Han & Meiqing (my 20K 2-diamonds President Team Member from Taiwan) again. It was a very brief encounter with them at Extravaganza in Korea in June and a short session with Mei Qing when she came here for “与总裁有约”last month. When I walked over to say hi to them, Mei Qing told Guang Han “这就是Chantel”. They have so many thousands of distributors under them. Being new and nobody, I really didn’t expect to be remembered. It is very heart-warming for me. Feels like family~

Guang Han’s training session covering “Legend of Mark Hughes” deeply touched my heart. There are/were controversies about Herbalife on the company, the products and even about Mark Hughes. Well, this is not uncommon for any other direct marking companies anyway! But, we have results that do not lie.
Guang Han’s sharing was very meaningful and it gave me a clearer understanding about Mark Hughes and Herbalife. I believe in Mark Hughes. I believe in Herbalife. I believe in Mark’s attitude and love towards life and his distributors, friends and family. Last by not least, I believe in what I see - the consumers and distributors, the leaders, the successful people and the product results.
A valuable footage
I can’t wait to attend 4th Season of From Zero to Hero in November. This time, it is opened to all distributors. So exciting! We are expecting 1-3k of people which means it will be a bigger party! Herbalife rocks!
